  • Q. I can't see my team cases in Streetscene worklist

    If you can't see any cases and you are a member of one of the teams that use the Streetscene worklist (Facilities, Neighbourhood Services, Wardens), please raise a Fresh ticket in the Websites/Digital / Streetscene worklist category. 

    If you work in Neighbourhood Services, the Streetscene worklist will show you cases that are assigned to your team or patch, so let us know which team you are in.

  • Q. I'm having trouble logging in

    If you follow a link (sent to you in an email or on the intranet) and see a message saying 'Sorry', it might mean the link is out of date.

    Try going to the Dash home page and clicking the login option first. Then try the link again.

    If that doesn't work, use one of the menu options on the side or on the home page to get where you need to go.

    You can search for open or closed cases in CaseViewer.
